Role Overview
The Marketing & Practice Development Manager drives patient growth, brand awareness, and referral development across multiple Community Physicians clinics throughout the Chicago market, with a focus on primary care services. This role partners closely with clinical and operational leadership to build high-performing, patient-centered practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted growth strategies to increase patient volume for primary care across all clinic locations
- Build and maintain referral networks with hospitals, specialists, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and community organizations
- Identify and implement local market strategies to establish each clinic as a trusted provider within its community
- Plan and lead community outreach initiatives, including health events, partnerships, and educational programs to drive patient acquisition
- Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and referral patterns to inform strategic growth initiatives and service line expansion
- Partner with providers and operations leaders to optimize clinic performance, patient access, and service utilization
- Oversee and execute digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, and social media to generate new patient leads
- Develop and manage marketing materials and campaigns aligned with Community Physicians’ brand and care model
Preferred Skills
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills, particularly within healthcare and community-based settings
- Experience driving patient acquisition and practice growth, ideally in primary care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clinics and initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage providers, partners, and patients
- Able to travel locally between clinic sites and community partners (up to 50–75%)
- Knowledge of geriatric care, post-acute care, value-based care, CCM, and TCM programs preferred
About the Role
This role is located in multiple locations within the Chicagoland area and requires 50-75% travel. The position offers a competitive compensation package of $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential.
