About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, product marketing, and execution. You'll own the systems and programs that keep our marketing engine running at a high level, including HubSpot infrastructure, conversion optimization, and customer marketing. You'll also serve as the team's operational anchor.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing operations end-to-end: Maintain workflows, lead scoring, contact management, segmentation, and reporting in HubSpot. Ensure marketing data is clean, attribution is accurate, and funnel metrics tell a true story. Partner with Rev Ops and Sales Ops to align systems.

  • Drive conversion rate optimization across the funnel: Own CRO across key marketing surfaces (website, landing pages, email, and paid). Run structured A/B tests and use data to identify and improve drop-off points.

  • Bring product marketing rigor to our GTM motion: Support new product launches with messaging frameworks, positioning documents, sales enablement assets, and competitive intelligence. Translate product capabilities into buyer-friendly language and keep marketing assets up to date as the product evolves.

  • Build and run customer marketing programs: Own lifecycle communications for existing customers (onboarding sequences, expansion campaigns, retention programs). Work with Customer Success to build a customer reference pipeline and encourage advocacy.

  • Serve as the team's operational backbone: Own the marketing calendar, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Flag blockers, close loops, and ensure campaigns and launches land on time.

  • Use AI to accelerate output: Automate repetitive tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and help the team get more done with less. Build new solutions if they solve a real problem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with strong HubSpot proficiency.

  • Experience running CRO experiments and understanding how to interpret results.

  • Product marketing skills, including the ability to distill complex product capabilities into clear messaging.

  • Operational mindset and strong tech acumen, with experience building systems and workflow efficiency.

  • Strong written communication skills, able to craft customer emails, internal briefs, product one-pagers, and campaign copy.

  • Analytical fluency, comfortable pulling and interpreting funnel data and building performance dashboards.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working naturally with Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Shopify or DTC e-commerce ecosystem.

  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation and content production.

  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Notion) to run a marketing team.

Benefits

  • Financial Wellness 401(k) plan and equity grants for all full-time employees.

  • Competitive compensation with room to grow.

  • Affordable, high-quality medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Mental health support via Headspace and Talkspace.

  • Flexible PTO policy.

  • 11 paid company holidays.

  • Work remotely.

  • One-time home office setup stipend.

  • Recurring merchant shopping stipend.

  • Tapcart Perks and Benefits.
