Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI/ML solutions to uncover ecosystem patterns and resolve complex business and operational challenges.
  • Develop and implement predictive systems, selecting appropriate algorithms, performing feature engineering, and fine-tuning model performance to extract actionable insights.
  • Drive end-to-end AI/ML technical development, including roadmap definition, model creation, API integration, data collection integrity, and robust data pipeline management.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis lifecycle, guaranteeing reliable, decision-ready findings.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, and design automated reports that provide timely, accurate insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications and communicate complex findings.

Requirements

  • At least 5–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML design and implementation.
  • Strong experience designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML models, including deep learning and neural networks, to solve business problems.
  • Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) integration and advanced techniques such as prompt engineering.
  • Solid foundation in programming languages like Python (with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), R, and SQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, random forests, neural networks) and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Proficiency in data wrangling (cleaning, transformation), feature engineering, and data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo through data-driven results and strong cross-functional execution.
  • Skilled in data analysis and creating insightful visualizations using tools like Tableau.
  • Experience with SAS/CRM platforms.
  • BA/BS or an advanced degree in Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
