Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the marketing dashboard daily and weekly across various channels including radio, digital, cold calling, PPC, and SEO.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly and quarterly basis and present findings to the marketing department.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to connect insights to action using real-time data to improve marketing efforts and drive stronger Return on Investment (ROI).
- Plan and execute quarterly meetups, community events, team outings, holiday dinners, and giveback events throughout the year.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to give back to the Houston community, positioning Greenlight Offer as a leader in generosity.
- Build relationships with local media and news outlets to enhance Greenlight's presence and visibility in Houston.
- Manage the office operations, ensuring the office is organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
- Handle post office runs and general office needs.
- Manage team apparel and branded merchandise, including pens, notebooks, and company swag, to maintain consistent and professional branding.
- Support the CEO and team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, office management, or a similar coordinator role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and presenting findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Community-minded with a natural ability to represent a brand in public settings.
- Local to Houston with reliable in-person availability from Monday to Thursday.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with marketing platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools is preferred.
- Background in event planning or community outreach is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounts payable or basic bookkeeping processes is preferred.
- Experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership team is preferred.
- A notary certification is preferred.
