Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator to support onboarding, training initiatives, department communications, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new marketing team members
• Assist with department communications, presentations, and reporting
• Maintain marketing resources, intranet content, and process documentation
• Support mentoring programs and special projects
• Partner with Marketing, Learning & Development, and Finance teams to drive operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of marketing operations experience within a professional services environment, legal preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with Sitecore, Qualtrics, Cornerstone, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or HubSpot
