About the role

Conduct daily market visits to fulfill monthly sales targets and achieve monthly and weekly sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement advertising strategies to enhance book sales.
• Utilize interpersonal skills and sales strategies for business growth.
• Analyze competitor market data and report insights.
• Build strong relationships with teachers, institutions, coaching centers, private batches, and retailers.
• Increase sales from agents and retailers.
• Allocate benefits appropriately to teachers within institutions.
• Stay informed about publications and market trends for business expansion.
• Work under pressure to meet cash collection targets.
