Marketing, Medical & Sales Coordinator (m/w/d)

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Marketing, Medical & Sales Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our team at Merz Therapeutics Austria.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams with organizational and administrative tasks and ensure the efficient execution of all business-relevant activities.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate national and international marketing, medical, and sales conferences, congresses, and standalone events – on-site support may be required.
• Manage invitations, registrations, and travel arrangements using digital booking tools.
• Facilitate internal and external partner coordination, agencies, suppliers, and service providers.
• Manage contracts, offers, orders, and invoices and ensure the proper storage and maintenance of relevant documents in the appropriate systems (e.g., SAP, ARIBA, VEEVA, LEAH).
• Support budget and cost management and project follow-up.
• Support compliance and transparency efforts.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related education.
• At least 5 years of experience in a coordinating, sales-oriented, or administrative role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proven organizational skills and a structured, reliable, and proactive work style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus in dynamic situations.
• High digital affinity and proficiency with common tools and systems (e.g., MS Office, SAP, ARIBA, Concur, VEEVA).
• Responsible and conscientious work ethic with a focus on compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various stakeholders – especially internationally.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Pay and Schedule

The gross salary for this position is between EUR 3,600 and EUR 4,400, depending on qualifications and experience.
