Marketing Manager (Residential Homebuilder)

About the role

Oversee the measurement and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns (paid/organic/SEO/eblast) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Make recommendations for improved performance.

  • Work alongside agency to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the distribution of all eblasts (drip campaigns/monthly eblasts/etc.)
  • Monitor website analytics tools (Google Analytics and agency dashboard)
  • Oversee agency required updates to website content
  • Gather sales data from builder team, develop monthly comps report and written sales and marketing report.
  • Assist in the formatting and editing of marketing collateral utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Oversee signage development and installation with sign company.
  • Consistently take new images/videos for use in creative assets (model homes/events/downtown visitors, etc.)
  • Work alongside event coordinator on digital assets for event promotion (digital screens/paid digital ads/eblasts/website listings)
  • Other duties to be discussed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in the construction industry (residential or commercial)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management/leadership role
  • Ability to multi-task, recognize deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive sourcing of information and experience with market research and analysis
  • Excellent organizational, communication and social skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel, REMLS, minimal knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Site Core preferred
  • Technical skills to update digital media and sites (website, social media, etc.)
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to develop creative copy for advertising and marketing collateral, including ads, e-blasts, event write-ups, flyers, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. while helping set up/breakdown equipment at events
