Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, organic and paid social media, direct mail, SMS and other customer touchpoints
- Support development of campaign calendars, co-op opportunities and key messaging frameworks
- Write persuasive, on-brand copy for: email campaigns (one-offs, sales templates, nurture series), direct mail pieces, video scripts, FAQs, landing pages and social media posts and ads
- Support simple design tasks and work with designers to ensure cohesive visual content
- Develop and implement personalized content strategies tailored to specific audience segments
- Create and refine value propositions for new partners and audiences
- Outline and refine value propositions for new partners and audiences
- Work with internal teams (creative, product, analytics, project management, legal) to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across channels
- Collaborate with cruise strategy partners to shape co-op opportunities and ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts and offer redemption
- Contribute to strategy sessions, brainstorms, and post-launch performance reviews
- Develop A/B tests for email subject lines, content, imagery, calls-to-action, direct mail form factors, offers, etc. to optimize campaign performance
- Maintain and monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and recommend optimizations based on data and insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including managing integrated marketing initiatives
- Expertise in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media marketing, and basic design and UI/UX principles
- Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Experience with marketing automation tools (i.e., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Familiarity with design tools (i.e., Figma, Canva)
- Experience with paid social advertising and performance analysis
