Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, actionable creative briefs that outline objectives, target audiences, messaging, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Build marketing plans for new initiatives supporting Integrity Life, including timelines, workstreams, communication strategies, and cross-functional alignment.
- Translate business needs into strategic marketing recommendations and structured plans.
- Manage the end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are proactively managed.
- Facilitate project intake, scope, prioritization, and workflow coordination across creative, brand, product marketing, and corporate teams.
- Maintain clear documentation, project plans, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop polished presentations that articulate strategy, insights, progress, and recommendations.
- Build email, newsletter and social content calendars supporting Integrity Life and their cross-functional audiences.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly and succinctly.
- Partner with teams across creative, brand, communications, product, sales enablement, and executive leadership to bring initiatives to life.
- Ensure message consistency, brand alignment, and stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Facilitate collaboration during planning cycles, working sessions, and decision points.
- Define success metrics for initiatives and track performance against goals.
- Deliver post-launch recaps, synthesizing learnings, and recommend future optimizations.
- Support data-informed decision-making throughout the planning and execution process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, marketing program management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to create strategic marketing documents (creative briefs, marketing plans, messaging frameworks, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing details with precision.
- Experience working within enterprise or matrixed corporate environments.
- PREFERRED: Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing environments, including life insurance, sales/technology or other related fields.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent.
- Understanding of creative development processes and cross-functional marketing workflows.
- Background in product marketing, corporate marketing or advertising agency work.
