The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the development, production, and implementation of creative marketing communication tactics and materials that supports the strategic direction and business growth of our Labeling & Coding business unit, while enhancing brand equity and awareness. This role requires an energetic high-level thinker who is comfortable developing and delivering effective creative solutions and materials for a complex group of businesses through traditional and non-traditional communication channels. This position must possess a high level of creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This position has both strategic and tactical aspects and the successful incumbent needs to be able to shift between high-level thinking and getting into the weeds when necessary. Working in partnership under the direction of the Senior Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will: Direct, develop, and execute creative communication solutions for both digital and traditional advertising and marketing channels that aligns with both the creative direction of the business unit and ProMach graphic standards to differentiate ProMach’s Labeling & Coding Group and product brands (ID Technology, EPI, Code Tech, Greydon, and Panther)Collaborate with the entire Labeling & Coding Marketing Team to establish new creative marketing ideas and innovations to enhance brand messaging and drive profitable growthManage and develop Marketing Specialist team member(s) in person or from remote location(s)Support agency/vendor relationships for branding, advertising, and website developmentSupport implementation of marketing automation software and email marketing to create strong marketing campaigns to generate additional leads and revenueCreate and direct development of new video marketing campaigns and resources to showcase Labeling & Coding portfolio of solutionsSupport relationships with key trade publications, directories, and various other media outletsSupport product marketing launches to assure commercial success of new products and solutionsManage the ongoing development and curation of graphics, imagery, and video assets, including the direction/oversight of photography and videography productionHelp maintain consistent brand standards across individual product brands in all mediums including print, digital, documentation, machinery, apparel, and moreCollaborate with HR Department in the implementation of Employer Branding activitiesSupport integration of new acquisitions into the Labeling & Coding Group, under the direction of the Senior Director of MarketingSupport the Senior Director of Marketing and leadership team in developing or implementing strategies to capture new opportunities with existing and potential customers Who we’re looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a creative agency or marketing communications environment, with demonstrated success; preferably in the packaging or a B2B industryExperience in the development, implementation, and management of brand identity standardsExperience in managing and working with remote team is an assetExperience with CRM and marketing automation systems is an assetExperience with content management systems for digital communications, such as websites, direct email marketing, blogs, and social mediaStrong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social mediaStrong creativity, proofing, and visual design skills are essential, including ability to effectively present concepts verbally and/or visuallyExperience in managing or producing video content (pre-visualization through production)Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite of software, with advanced knowledge and use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PremiereExcellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsSelf-directed, works well in team environmentAbility to travel as needed (25%) What’s in it for you?
