Responsibilities
Lead Marketing & Communications Strategy
Develop and execute marketing and communications strategy aligned to business goals; advise leadership and translate complex initiatives into clear messaging.
Content Development & Execution (Hands-on)
- Own content strategy and creation across channels (web, intranet, email, sales, presentations), including messaging frameworks, writing/editing, and research.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment while managing an integrated content calendar.
Drive Internal Communications
- Lead internal communications strategy and channels; support engagement, change management, and leadership messaging.
- Manage and Develop the Team
- Manage Internal Communications Lead; set goals, provide feedback, and drive performance and team effectiveness.
- Grow Digital & Social Media Presence
- Lead social strategy (LinkedIn), oversee content and community management, and optimize performance based on insights.
- Measure, Report & Optimize
- Define KPIs, track performance, and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Support Events, PR & Special Projects
- Support events, PR, and thought leadership initiatives; contribute to planning and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, business, English, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in marketing and/or communications, including people leadership.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel communications strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and editorial judgment skills.
- Strong experience with social media platforms, analytics tools, CMS systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Cheap communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project/task management tools (Click-up a plus), SharePoint, marketing platforms (HubSpot a plus), and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with graphic design, video, or multimedia production.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
