Marketing Manager, Biometrics

Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external resources to successfully deliver marketing initiatives
- Owning campaign design, execution and testing, including email/content marketing strategy, landing pages, webinar execution, paid media, nurture programs, etc.
- Develop and execute measurable regional demand creation programs that drive leads and revenue through direct and indirect sales teams
- Work with Web resources to ensure that inbound traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class Web experience
- Localize content for new product introduction deliverables based on developed positioning and messaging
- Develop relationships and work directly with vendors as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and advertising technology trends and best practices
- Position and brand products and solutions through the website and e-commerce platforms
- Manage advertising, sponsorships, tradeshows and other tasks related to event and conference management
- Work collaboratively
- Research, create and edit content including marketing campaign content, customer notifications, blog posts, B2B presentation decks, business case studies, video and infographics
Requirements
- BS degree in marketing, communications or related area
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in B2B marketing communications / demand generation / integrated marketing, with 2-3 years in the security industry a plus
- Proficiency in Marketing automation, Web content management, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
- Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
- Knowledge of desktop and embedded systems
- Knowledge of HID technologies, i.e. Biometrics
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
- Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, customers, sales, etc.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- High self-motivation with a sense of urgency
- Experience in working with and managing external vendor / partner relationships
- History of budget management
- Ability to travel as required
