About the role
Steritech is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth across the business. This individual will play a critical role in bringing marketing strategy to life by planning, creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, email, social media, events, and sales enablement. You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies while supporting marketing initiatives that help grow Steritech's presence among many of the nation's leading restaurant, grocery, and convenience store brands. We're looking for a hands-on marketer who enjoys solving problems, building campaigns, leveraging technology, and continuously improving marketing performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and motivated by delivering measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth while supporting Steritech's business objectives.
- Plan, create, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, events, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors by establishing priorities, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute Steritech's organic social media strategy, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, reporting, and continuous optimization.
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, audience segmentation, and marketing automation within HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Serve as the primary administrator of HubSpot Marketing Hub by improving marketing automation, reporting, campaign execution, and platform utilization.
- Plan and execute marketing support for trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and other field marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing content and campaign assets that support demand generation, sales enablement, events, digital marketing, and other business initiatives while ensuring consistency with Steritech's brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and business results.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Client Experience, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities.
- Evaluate marketing processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices that improve productivity, campaign execution, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success executing integrated marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email marketing, workflows, marketing automation, landing pages, forms, reporting, and segmentation.
- Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs.
- Experience managing business social media channels and executing organic social media strategies.
- Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience managing external marketing agencies and vendors.
- Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events, or field marketing initiatives.
- Experience using Google Analytics and marketing performance data to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling marketing content.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Experience using AI tools to improve content development, campaign execution, productivity, or marketing performance is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
- HubSpot Academy Certifications (Preferred): Marketing Hub Email Marketing, Workflows, Sequences, and Reporting.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year. While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
