About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bringing our products and initiatives to market, developing compelling positioning and messaging, and equipping our sales teams to succeed. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving demand generation and accelerating revenue growth through strategic go-to-market plans, sales enablement tools, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns. Sitting at the intersection of sales, product, and marketing, this position requires a proactive builder who enjoys transforming ideas into actionable strategies and supporting our commercial teams to achieve their goals. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Audience & Growth, the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping HousingWire's market presence and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or revenue marketing roles
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales support
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience creating customer-facing and sales-facing content that drives business results
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and execute initiatives from concept to completion
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams
• Familiarity with Salesforce and modern marketing technologies
• Experience in housing, real estate, financial services, SaaS, data, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning and messaging to support the growth of HousingWire's data, subscriptions, media, and events
• Support strategic initiatives such as expanding HW Data through channels like Snowflake
• Create sales tools including media kits, sponsorship guides, sales pitch decks, and event materials to enable sales success
• Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities, enhance customer messaging, and support enterprise growth efforts
• Plan and manage product launches, market announcements, customer communications, and revenue-driving campaigns
• Generate customer stories, thought leadership articles, research assets, and sales collateral to increase brand awareness and pipeline
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine positioning and strategies
