Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Working closely with firm management and senior staff to develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as proposals, qualifications packages, decks, brochures, newsletters and award submissions.
• Maintaining marketing calendars and logs, project information database, project sheets, resume and brochure pages.
• Writing and customizing text for submissions and marketing materials.
• Aiding the Business Development Manager with client research and lead-finding.
• Coodinating updates on firm website.
• Facilitating internal and external communications, including email blasts and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Proactively providing support for the marketing and business development efforts in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing for the A/E/C industry.
• Graphics: High level of graphic design and layout capabilities.
• Communications: Strong writer, skilled at defining and articulating a message. Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products.
• Organizational skills: Highly-organized, detail-oriented professional with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Teamwork: The ability to work as part of team as well as independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility and a creative approach to problem solving are essential.
