Marketing Manager 2

Location: CA (open to remote candidates)

About the role

Support event program management for multiple significant events scheduled in Q4 and the first half of 2027. Coordinate with various stakeholders including Product Marketing Managers, vendors, and venue agencies throughout the event lifecycle. Assist with event logistics such as demos, booths, and speaking sessions, ensuring seamless execution. Manage tasks from contract negotiations to onsite event support and post-event reporting. Gather metrics, feedback, and highlights to improve future event experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Support event program management for key organizational events
• Coordinate with Product Marketing Managers, vendors, and venue agencies
• Assist with event logistics (demos, booths, speaking sessions)
• Manage tasks from contract negotiations to onsite support and post-event reporting
• Gather metrics, feedback, and highlights to improve future events

Requirements

• Approximately 3–4 years of hands-on experience in event execution and program management
• Proficiency in coordinating with multiple partners and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills, patience, and adaptability to last-minute changes
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%, including North America and India, with occasional support for EMEA/Europe events
• Experience working with Product and Online Marketing teams
