Pay Rate: Salaried (to be discussed) | Full-Time | Night and Weekends (Hours will vary based on business demands). Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager increases headcount and revenue through the development of marketing campaigns for an assigned facility and multiple locations. You will ensure the successful integration between the Players Club with special events and promotions. Depending on location, the Marketing Manager may oversee related guest service departments and Players Club. You will report to the Marketing Director or casino General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing projects to ensure the successful execution of activities and improve the effectiveness of programs.
  • Evaluate performance of marketing programs by analyzing data and reports to implement changes allowing for more successful execution of future programs to increase business opportunities.
  • Use all available marketing resources to coordinate and implement strategic alliances with reputable partners, creating greater brand awareness and financial benefit.
  • Become a local and regional market expert regarding business marketing issues and make recommendations on short- and long-term strategies through identifying the latest trends and issues.
  • Participate in strategic marketing, communication, forecasting, and financial meetings; make recommendations on property-related marketing issues.
  • Create annual budget and monitor expenses versus budget figures to ensure compliance. (This task may not apply to locations where a Marketing Director is onsite.)
  • Hire, train, motivate, direct, and evaluate department staff to ensure team members receive guidance and needed resources to accomplish departmental goals. Ensure adherence to procedures and internal controls.
  • Attend meetings to design and implement casino marketing efforts, casino events, and any other relevant issues.
  • Communicate all Marketing promotions and events to casino team members.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of directly related experience.
  • Excellent correspondence skills; both written and verbal required. Ability to take and give accurate direction.
  • Analyze departmental needs and results.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
  • Three (3) years of Casino Entertainment or Promotion Experience.
