Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound outreach (calls, emails, and follow-up touchpoints) as a core, non-negotiable part of the role.
- This is daily, quota-driven activity, not occasional outreach.
- Own inbound channels including webinars and podcast outreach, driving qualified leads through content and audience-building efforts rather than direct outreach.
- Plan, promote, and execute webinar events end-to-end, including landing pages, registration, follow-up sequences, and attendance tracking.
- Manage the podcast pitch pipeline. Research opportunities, send pitches, coordinate bookings, and track progress.
- Create graphics and visual assets to support lead generation campaigns, webinar promotions, and marketing collateral across all brands.
- Aid in the creation of website and landing pages, optimization, and various campaign objectives.
- Track and report lead numbers from every owned channel weekly.
- Process improvement: Proactively identify new lead generation channels, test new approaches, and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on lead generation experience required. This must include direct experience with outbound outreach (cold calling, cold emailing, or similar).
- Experience running or supporting webinars, events, or live campaigns.
- Comfortable working toward weekly lead and outreach goals and reporting on results.
- Strong written communication skills, able to write pitches, copy, and follow-up sequences.
- Able to create basic graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-directed. You identify what needs to be done and do it.
- Familiar with G Suite and basic marketing or CRM tools.
- A team player who appreciates a lighthearted culture (dad jokes welcome).
