Marketing Lead Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead Coordinator to join our growing team! This role reports to the Campaign Manager and is the key person capturing all incoming marketing leads. The position will be responsible for entering leads into our CRM with the appropriate contact information and campaign attribution before passing to our Sales Specialist to distribute to the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls from patients reaching out from a marketing campaign
• Call all patients within 24 hours of the receipt of a lead via web forms, fax referrals, emails, voicemails, or direct calls
• Maintain and clear out marketing inbound lead inbox following our defined process
• Initial screening and data entry of the lead into our CRM
• Perform follow up on all marketing orders that are inactive in the system
• Provide website chat support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma

Pay

Hourly rate is $17.00 - $18.00
