The Marketing Intern at GuidePoint Security will support the Northwest Marketing Team with various day-to-day functions and administrative tasks. They will also gain hands-on experience with key marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, Monday.com, and Canva.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of registration lists and event calendars.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Assist with organizing and executing regional events.
- Specific activities include:
- Submitting campaign buildout tickets.
- Creating and tracking sponsorship agreements.
- Helping with promotional assets.
Qualifications
- Must reside within 20-25 miles from Portland, OR - preferred. Secondary - Boise, ID or Bay Area (CA).
- Must be eligible for full-time hire in early 2027.
- Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM databases and Marketing Automation Platforms such as SalesForce and Marketo, preferred.
- Works well with a team.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- A creative thinker who can bring fresh perspectives to event marketing, social media, and branded experiences.
Internship Details and Expectations
- This is a part-time, hybrid paid internship ($20/hr) running from August 31 - November 20, 2026.
- Travel up to 25% for local events within the Northwest Region (some events may be hosted in the evening or require weekend travel).
- Support 25-29hrs/wk, M-F.
- Requires a personal computing device and access to high-speed internet during working hours.
