About the role

Bump Connect is launching a nationwide Campus Internship Program seeking driven, marketing and entrepreneurship students to help bring Bump Connect to their campuses. As a Bump Connect Intern, you'll act as an official representative and growth marketer, leading user growth, building communities, and creating real-world experiences that translate into digital engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive User Growth: Recruit users to join and actively use Bump Connect with a user goal of 500 users during your internship.
  • Build & Manage Communities: Launch, grow, and maintain communities inside the app, with a goal of 10 communities during your internship.
  • Create & Promote Events (Bump Tix): Organize meetups, events, and gatherings—promote them through Bump Tix, with a goal of 10 events throughout the length of the internship.
  • Collaborate with Organizations & Local Businesses (Bump Tix): Influence others (clubs, bars, groups, and local venues) to organize meetups, events, and gatherings—and promote them through the platform on Bump Tix to expand event postings.
  • Compete in competitions (BVB): Participate and promote Bump Connect’s BVB competitions inside the app. With a goal of 8 participated challenges during your internship.
  • Track & Report Growth: Monitor your progress and performance through a structured dashboard.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled college/university students (freshman, sophomore, junior)
  • Strong social presence or campus involvement (clubs, Greek life, athletics, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
  • Comfortable talking to people and promoting ideas

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in startup growth and marketing
  • Real-world skills in product adoption and user acquisition
  • Direct mentorship with founders and marketing leads
  • Resume, experience, and recommendation letters for future employment
  • Potential for extended internship positions and full-time roles with Bump Brands

Work Structure

  • Full-time remote flexible schedule — work on your own time
  • Must perform check-ins and meet key performance benchmarks at the end of the program (user growth, communities, tix events, BVB participation)
