Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Source and request proposals from hotels, event venues, catering companies, transportation providers, and other vendors.
- Aid in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract coordination to ensure high-quality event experiences.
- Support event registration systems, including attendee communications, data accuracy, and reporting.
- Manage logistics such as travel, accommodations, and transportation lists for attendees and staff.
- Maintain detailed event documentation, ensuring all moving parts are aligned across teams and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm event needs, branding standards, and guest experiences are met.
- Manage vendor communications before, during, and after events to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
- Assist with on-site event coordination and post-event reporting, including metrics and vendor feedback.
- Support the Corporate Events team in developing materials and messaging to promote events.
Qualifications And Competencies
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing (preferred)
- Effective project management skills
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Excel, Monday.com, Outlook

Pay
Base Compensation: $15/hour. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
Schedule
Intern will work 10-15 hours per week in-office.
