Events & Marketing Coordinator (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support coordination and logistics planning for pop-up salon events across multiple locations
  • Aid in event timelines, preparation checklists, and scheduling
  • Cover required materials, supplies, and equipment for each event
  • Communicate event details with stylists, contractors, and internal team members

Event Setup & Execution

  • Assist with packing, staging, and organizing event materials in the warehouse
  • Travel to events to support onsite setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure event presentation aligns with brand standards and customer experience expectations
  • Provide hands-on support during events, including troubleshooting and coordination

Warehouse & Logistics Support

  • Assist with inventory management for event materials, marketing collateral, and product supplies
  • Organize and maintain stock levels for event-related items
  • Support packing, shipping, receiving, and staging of materials
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of event storage areas

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Aid in preparing marketing materials, signage, and event displays
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns tied to events and promotions
  • Cover logistics for brand activations, content capture, or promotional initiatives as needed
  • Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all event touchpoints

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized records related to event schedules, inventory, and logistics
  • Support internal communication and calendar coordination related to events
  • Aid in vendor coordination and supply ordering
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the events and marketing functions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in events, marketing, retail, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Willingness to work in both office and warehouse environments
  • Ability to lift and move event materials as needed
  • Willingness to travel for events, including occasional evenings and weekends

Preferred

  • Interest in marketing, events, or brand experience roles
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
  • Familiarity with inventory, logistics, or event coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Structure

  • Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Target Hiring Range: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour
