Marketing Growth Leader
About the Role
We're looking for a business-minded marketing leader passionate about turning ideas into measurable growth. This role is about driving growth, solving problems, improving systems, connecting data to decisions, and finding better ways to add value and help more people become homeowners. You'll provide leadership to evaluate performance, improve strategies, and build a smarter marketing engine focused on measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that drive qualified buyers, stronger conversion, and measurable business results.
- Serve as the growth architect across the marketing team, connecting campaigns, channels, and initiatives into one cohesive growth engine.
- Progress and own marketing attribution and lead source reporting, from first touch through home sale.
- Lead the improvement and development of marketing dashboards, performance reporting, and business insights to help leaders make smarter, faster decisions.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns against defined business goals and success metrics, identifying opportunities to improve performance and increase ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, email, website, events, and customer journeys to uncover trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, content, paid media, field marketing, product marketing, sales, technology, and agency partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, measurable, and continuously improving.
- Improve website, landing page, and customer journey performance through ongoing optimization and testing.
- Lead A/B testing and marketing experiments that continually improve conversion and customer experience.
- Develop and present executive-ready growth insights, performance narratives, and strategic recommendations that influence marketing priorities and business decisions.
- Recommend where marketing resources should—and shouldn't—be invested based on business impact.
- Champion the use of AI to improve decision-making, customer insights, productivity, marketing effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Influence cross-functional teams through collaboration, data, and strong communication to execute initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
Qualifications
You're a business-minded problem solver and leader who naturally asks:
- How do we grow?
- Why did this work?
- What are we missing?
- How do we make this better?
- What does the data tell us?
You build trust and credibility, influence others through collaboration and results, think like an owner, and have strong business acumen. You're naturally curious, analytical, data-driven, take initiative, and follow through. You bring solutions, continuously learn, embrace change, and raise the standard for those around you.
AI Mindset
You see AI as a competitive advantage and are excited to use it to improve decision-making, uncover growth opportunities, increase productivity, and create better customer experiences. You understand that AI won't replace great marketers—but great marketers who use AI will outperform those who don't.
How You'll Win
- Marketing is measured by business growth—not activity.
- Every campaign has clear success metrics.
- Every recommendation is backed by data.
- Every experiment teaches us something.
- Every improvement makes buying a CBH home easier.
- Every decision moves the business forward.
