Marketing / Growth GTM (Fully remote)

About the role

Looking for a marketer who thinks like a founder. Someone who can take a product people already love and figure out how to get it in front of the right people – fast. You'll own the full funnel, run experiments with urgency, and build the storytelling that makes Matcha the obvious choice for ambitious job seekers and the startups trying to hire them.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social channels virally: x.com, LinkedIn, Substack, Instagram, TikTok
• Manage influencers and grow the affiliate program

You

• Proven track record of growing and marketing a product at record speed
• Any experience level is welcome; years of experience and education are not important
