Marketer / Growth GTM (Fully remote)

About the role

We’re looking for a marketer who thinks like a founder—someone who can take a product people already love and figure out how to get it in front of the right people, fast. You’ll own the full funnel, run experiments with urgency, and build the storytelling that makes Matcha the obvious choice for ambitious job seekers and the startups trying to hire them.

• Manage and grow social channels virally (X.com, LinkedIn, Substack, Instagram, TikTok)
• Manage influencers and grow our affiliate program

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing and marketing a product at record speed
• Years of experience and education are not important; any experience level is welcome
