We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us, Position Purpose, Position Summary, Responsibilities (maybe broken into sub-sections? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need headings for sections that have content. We have About Us (the "About Us" paragraph). Position Purpose (a paragraph). Position Summary (a list of bullet points? Actually it's a paragraph with bullet-like lines starting with "The Growth Marketing Manager Supports The Company By ..." then a list of items each starting with a verb. Those are likely a list. We'll treat as
  • . Responsibilities: many bullet points under subheadings (LEAD, MANAGE, AND HOLD TEAM ACCOUNTABLE (LMA), INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS, MARKETING STRATEGY & PLANNING, PIPELINE & SALES ENABLEMENT, BRAND, CONTENT & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP, CHANNELS & CAMPAIGNS, MARKETING OPERATIONS & REPORTING). Those could be separate sections or we could keep as a single Responsibilities section with subheadings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid subheadings inside? Probably we should keep main sections only. But we have many subheadings inside Responsibilities; we could keep them as

maybe but not allowed? The instruction only says use

for section headings (list). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we could keep Responsibilities as a single section with
    • for each bullet, ignoring the subheadings (they are just bolded). However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep the subheadings as part of the list item text (maybe as ). That's okay. Qualifications: list of items. Benefits: list. Pay: Salary Expected base salary range is $85,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience. Also later "The Pay Range For This Role Is 85,000 - 115,000 USD per year(Richmond, VA)". We'll include Pay section with that info. Schedule: Not mentioned besides hybrid workspace for Richmonders (only Mondays are required) and remote locations. That's schedule info? Could be considered Schedule. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have hybrid workspace detail: "Hybrid workspace for Richmonders (only Mondays are required)". That's schedule. Also remote employee locations. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like Equal Opportunity etc. Also remove list of awards? That's substantive? It's a list of awards; could be included maybe under a section like "Awards" but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use those headings only; but we could include other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those. Awards could be omitted? It's substantive but not required headings; we could incorporate into About Us or maybe a separate section "Awards" but not in list. Might be okay to include as a

after About Us. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add Awards as a

within About Us or after. I'd include as a separate

maybe under About Us. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
