Growth Marketing, Senior Manager (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Growth Marketing, Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will own growth marketing strategy and execution across email, audience segmentation, and omnichannel engagement. The person in this position will partner closely with data engineering and product teams to strengthen data governance, improve data hygiene, and support a more effective customer data foundation. They will also help drive marketing automation, AI-enabled optimization, and compliance-driven email programs that improve reach and performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead audience segment development and management of audience traits
• Own end-to-end email marketing program strategy and execution
• Establish data hygiene standards and compliance protocols
• Collaborate on a subscriber data governance framework
• Align customer data platform structures with the data roadmap
• Drive omnichannel marketing strategy alignment
• Lead adoption of AI tools for marketing optimization and automation

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with a customer data platform, preferably Twilio Segment
• Direct experience with a marketing automation platform, such as Marketo or HubSpot
• Proven ability to design segmentation strategies using first-party behavioral data
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM regulations and email deliverability best practices
• Experience collaborating with data engineering and product teams
• Familiarity with direct mail and omnichannel marketing strategies

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
