We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to help grow our client’s brand and generate new business opportunities. You'll plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital channels, manage social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising, and create engaging content that showcases products and completed projects.

About the Role

Working closely with the Sales Director and sales team, you'll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating quality enquiries, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Create and send email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing content calendar.
  • Write engaging content including social media posts, blogs, customer stories, and promotional material.
  • Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Create, monitor, and improve Google Ads campaigns to maximise return on investment.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Update website content and ensure it remains accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
  • Capture and edit photography and video of products, installations, and company activities for use across marketing channels.
  • Produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product literature, and exhibition graphics, working with external designers and suppliers where required.
  • Support the sales team by creating sales presentations, customer case studies, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience creating and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and reporting campaign performance.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using WordPress or another website CMS.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Experience using graphic design and video editing software.
  • Experience working with external marketing agencies and suppliers.
  • Experience within the construction, manufacturing, home improvement, or building products industry.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
