Job Responsibilities
The Marketing and Events Specialist supports marketing, communications, and the recruitment of students for education abroad opportunities. Duties include:
- Designing and facilitating trainings, workshops, and orientation sessions.
- Maintaining the Office's web and social media presence.
- Managing special functions and events.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About the Role
This position is in the Education Abroad Office within the PROV Global department at the University of South Carolina. It is a full-time, classified position.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad.
- Advanced degree.
- Strong independent judgment, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer and presentation skills.

Pay
