Core Responsibilities

Marketing Product & Stock Management: Process product seeding and demo orders with full administrative follow-through in NetSuite, ensuring accurate loan records, policy adherence, and timely returns. Locate inventory from storage, complete professional pack-outs, generate FedEx labels, and manage all shipment pickups and returns. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional storage unit — gear, accessories, and event equipment always event-ready.

Event Coordination: Support own the full logistics cycle for events: find, pack, log, ship, receive, break down, and restore gear after each activation. Manage and replenish stock levels for branded merchandise, cables, and event materials so nothing runs out when it matters most.

Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate on artist and influencer campaigns — assist with talent sourcing and coordinate NDAs and partnership agreements. Track media and dealer partner campaign data; surface insights and analysis to brand managers to support decision-making. Provide flexible support across any artist, event, or campaign initiative as brand managers require. Process all shipping for branded merchandise, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing items in coordination with Marketing, HR, and leadership.
General & Office Support
- Handle local driving as needed: FedEx drop-offs and pickups, collecting print materials, sourcing supplies — valid CA driver's license required.
- Support light office administration: ordering supplies, supporting building management, and keeping the team's workspace functional and stocked.
What We're Looking For

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Teams.
- Any background in event coordination, logistics, or a similarly process-driven role.

- Strong sense of personal accountability; you follow through, full stop.
- Able to manage high volumes of concurrent tasks without losing accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Able to adapt quickly and stay composed when priorities shift.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to remain in a stationary seated position for extended periods when performing administrative and data entry tasks.
- Ability to move actively for up to 50% of the workday — including moving between office and storage areas, sorting and packing boxes, and staging event gear.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely; valid California driver's license required.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and office equipment.
- Bending, kneeling, and reaching may be required.
