Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to promote a variety of events, programs, and initiatives.
- Aid in developing and scheduling content for social media platforms.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content at programs and events for use across social media and digital marketing channels.
- Represent the organization at community events by coordinating and supporting on-site marketing activations.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and on-site supervision of community events hosted by the organization.
- Aid in maintaining and updating the organization's website and online event calendars.
- Identify, solicit, and secure sponsorships through outreach, relationship building, and partnership development.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with employees, community members, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service while serving as an ambassador for the organization.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Typical Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Some marketing and graphic design experience preferred.
- One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Supplemental Information
- Working outside with periodic exposure to extreme hot or cold weather conditions.
- Exposure to dust, dirt, rain, noise, and chemicals.
- This position is not eligible for benefits.
