Main Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for associates attending events.
- Cook up logistics (research, purchasing, shipping, inventory, and communication across teams).
- Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure clear communication between marketing and sales about event plans.
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve future events.
- Track events attended, costs, and key takeaways.
- Oversee association memberships and renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive, creative attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally
