Marketing Director Skilled Nursing

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Director who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about building and leading a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs to support organizational objectives and develop and implement strategies for social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience
• Proficient in the principles of marketing and knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Proficient in social media marketing
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes
