Marketing Director

About the role

This position is for Meadowview Assisted Living Center located at 250 NC 210 Highway, Smithfield, NC 27577. Join a team where compassion meets excellence in an assisted living facility dedicated to delivering heartfelt care and making a meaningful difference in every patient’s life.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.
• Guide the marketing program to ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.
• Engage away from the communication location in hospitals to conduct sales and marketing efforts and secure referrals to the community.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have an unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
