About the role

Young STEAMers is seeking an experienced Marketing & Development Consultant to help take our organization to the next level. We are a growing nonprofit dedicated to bringing hands-on STEAM education to children, especially those from underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing and fundraising plan
• Expand individual, corporate, and foundation support
• Demonstrate a track record of successful revenue growth and donor engagement
• Strengthen our brand visibility, messaging, and storytelling
• Identify and secure new funding opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

• Passionate about education and equity
• Proven experience in nonprofit marketing and fundraising
• Willingness to share expertise to help a mission-driven organization thrive, grow, and scale its impact
