Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing leads to define campaign objectives and establish strategic briefs
- Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, media, digital, agency, research, PR, events, and legal stakeholders
- Aid in the development of strategic briefs for multiple products and audiences
- Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Maintain campaign progress and provide updates to stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities to support strategy development
- Collaborate with insights teams to identify and fill knowledge gaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling marketing briefs and materials
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Strong team-oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience developing promotional campaigns
- Digital marketing experience and understanding of market trends
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Gemini or NotebookLM
- Familiarity with SEO and GEO concepts
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to executive audiences
