Marketing Customer Engagement Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partners with internal teams to ensure retention strategies are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
• Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Affirms loyalty strategies across multiple partners including redemption education and card benefits reinforcement.
• Collaborates with insights teams to assess competitive landscape and drive best in class retention and loyalty strategies.
• Collaborates with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive greater customer engagement and mitigate attrition.
• Makes decisions and recommendations based on portfolio trends and other key data.
• Identifies and manages issues to resolution.
• Assists with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.
• Manages internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns including agent scripting and loyalty communications.
• Applies risk assessment skills when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and maintaining the firm's reputation and assets.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
• Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
• Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
• Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Education

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
