Job Responsibility

  • Product Marketing Campaign Planning: Develop, oversee, and execute the implementation of a Product Marketing campaign calendar to drive exposure and performance of domain products.
  • Team Player: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (retail, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer engagement strategies and campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics, such as GMV and domain growth, to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement Strategies: Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through innovative channels and collaboration with other Marketing functions (e.g., social media, email marketing, partnerships, search engine marketing, etc.).
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaigns.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement workflows and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Project Leadership: Assign and oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while balancing workloads effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in Product Marketing campaign management, customer engagement, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating cross-departmental teams.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty and household products and understanding of respective customers.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.
