About the role

The Marketing Lead Analyst will strategize, re-engineer, and manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role plays a central part in a cross-functional team, partnering closely with Strategy, List Processing, Digital, Direct Mail Production, Email, and Campaign Management to develop marketing strategies, streamline processes, define program requirements, and maximize profitability, process efficiencies, and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Develop forward-thinking marketing strategies and creative plans, focusing on long-term goals, scalable frameworks, and sustained business impact.
  • Translate strategy into detailed, executable plans with strong attention to campaign requirements, process flows, and cross-functional handoffs to drive successful campaign delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities, translating insights into clear, executable requirements.
  • Design, document, and communicate program goals and requirements to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of test strategies and campaign scheduling, applying critical thinking to proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Reconcile data and information across systems and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Identify, track, and manage issues through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience.
  • Attention to detail, advanced project management skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong background in program management, analytics, and process reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and resourceful solutions to solve challenges and meet detailed project goals and timelines while working independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree.

Pay

Full-time salary range: $114,720.00 - $172,080.00. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
