About the role
As a Lead Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing strategy and performance through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, statistical analysis, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain marketing analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize marketing campaigns
- Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and budget allocation
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in marketing analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a closely related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven ability to interpret and apply statistical models to real-world problems
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques
- Knowledge of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
