The Opportunity
Drives strategic decision-making by translating complex data into clear recommendations that shape marketing investment and growth priorities. Influences cross-functional leaders by defining success metrics, optimizing channel strategy, and identifying high-impact opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver real-time category-specific strategic perspectives to drive marketing growth at Adobe.
- Measure and analyze upper and mid-funnel performance of high-end marketing initiatives including campaign progressions and benchmarks.
- Evaluate marketing investment efficiency and partner with paid media teams on customer targeting and journey mapping.
- Develop executive-ready narratives and summaries, translating complex analyses into clear takeaways for senior leadership and business reviews.
- Develop central initiatives by collaborating closely with the media, Product Marketing, Finance, Go-To-Market, and adobe.com teams.
- Build innovative solutions to improve the influence of marketing on product growth.
- Drive guidelines and improvements in internal analytics tools through partnerships with cross-category teams.
What You Need To Succeed
- Master's degree or 7+ years of equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of agency AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor AI, Codex.
- Proficient in SQL, Databricks, Python.
- Experience in Marketing analytics, customer analytics, or Product analytics is an advantage.

Expected Pay Range
The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,100 -- $236,400 annually. In California, the pay range is $163,200 - $236,400.
