Must have expertise in SQL and comfortable with unstructured complex data, reporting ownership and data literacy, performance marketing optimization, advanced LookML development, and curiosity and business depth.

YOUR ROLE

Launch Potato seeks a Lead BI Developer to own reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. This role requires embedding with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and challenge the team with insights. Outcomes include dashboard standardization, improved data consumption efficiency, and a go-to analytical partner.

TOTAL COMPENSATION

Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, and future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.

OUTCOMES (PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS)

• 30 Days in: Actively engaged with stakeholders to audit existing dashboards and develop a roadmap for standardization.
• 60 Days in: Bridging business context and data understanding, improving dashboard standardization, and delivering ad hoc requests with accuracy and business context.
• 90 Days in: Dashboard standardization in place, a clear roadmap for trusted data sources, and a strong understanding of full funnel metrics.
• 6 Months in: Building trust with the business team, delivering proactive retrospective analyses, and being viewed as a go-to analytical partner.
• Year 1: Trusted technical owner for assigned verticals end-to-end, complete reporting standardization, consistent retrospective analysis, and a go-to analytical partner.

TOTAL COMPENSATION

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
