About the role
We're looking for a talented and versatile Marketing Copywriter who can bring our brand to life through compelling, conversion-focused content across every stage of the customer journey. This role is responsible for creating engaging copy that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, events, client communications, and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Write compelling, conversion-focused copy across multiple marketing channels and campaigns.
- Develop content for email campaigns, landing pages, paid advertisements, social media, webinars, video scripts, event promotions, podcasts, websites, and other marketing initiatives.
- Produce content that supports prospects, clients, coaches, and internal stakeholders.
- Leverage AI writing tools to accelerate content production while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Maintain a consistent content cadence across active campaigns and marketing channels.
- Create acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation messaging across the customer lifecycle.
- Write and optimize ad copy, email subject lines, calls-to-action, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Partner with design and creative teams to ensure copy and visuals work together effectively.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic performance.
- Continuously refine messaging based on campaign results, audience insights, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, coaching, events, sales, and creative teams.
- Edit, proofread, and fact-check content for accuracy and consistency.
- Support content planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Contribute ideas that help drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of copywriting experience in a marketing, agency, or in-house environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience writing across multiple channels, including email, web, paid media, social media, and video.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Experience developing messaging frameworks, brand voice guidelines, and content standards.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills.
- Experience working within content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Able to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve content effectiveness.
