Marketing Coordinator (Temporary Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs.
• Cook up project timelines, meetings, and communication across internal teams and agency partners.
• Aid in retailer marketing programs, merchandising materials, and e-commerce content.
• Partner with Creative to develop and manage marketing assets, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Support social media and influencer initiatives, including product seeding and content coordination.
• Monitor beauty, fragrance, and social media trends to spot opportunities and insights.
• Assist with campaign reporting, competitive research, and performance tracking.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Brand Marketing team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience, including internships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and digital marketing platforms.
• A passion for beauty, fragrance, and consumer brands.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
