Overview
Working under the direction of the Director of Business Development, the Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and business development initiatives. This role assists with branding of marketing assets and websites updates while supporting the company's overall communications strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an non-exempt position and reports to the Director of Business Development. It is based out of our Redmond, WA headquarters and is a fully in-office role. Projected schedule for this role is Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, though flexibility may be required to support team and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with website updates and ongoing content maintenance
- Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, content calendars, and communication plans
- Supporting marketing collateral which may include brochures, advertisements, sponsorship materials, emails, and event invitations
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to support the needs of the department and organization
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, desk-top publishing, WordPress, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, graphic design skills, etc.)
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills

- Great attention to detail and understanding of general construction terminology
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to learn
- Self-starter capable of working both independently and as a member of a team
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
- Ability to see, hear well (either naturally or with correction) and speak clearly
- Coordinate the movement of your eyes, hands, and fingers
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing and bending, repetitive motions of hands and wrists
- Reach for, handle, use fingers and manipulate objects
- Must be capable of working extended hour days when job/business needs demand

Employment Details
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
- Duration: 4-6 months (temporary, full-time position expected to last 4-6 months; duration may be adjusted based on business needs; this role may be extended or converted to a regular position at the company's discretion)
- Pay Range: $24-30 per hour
