Job Summary
The Temporary Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team by managing high volume, quick-turn marketing requests. This role ensures efficient execution of tactical marketing updates so that Product Marketing Managers and Marketing leadership can focus on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with a strong project coordination mindset and clear communication skills. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager.
Essential Functions
- Manage incoming marketing requests through the Marcom Request Form, triage requests, and assign work to appropriate internal teams.
- Coordinate multiple quick-turn projects, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication with internal partners and help them understand marketing processes and best practices.
- Provide a weekly snapshot report to the Marketing Manager, including request volume, turn times, backlog, SLA performance, and notable trends.
- Surface insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, intake quality, and overall marketing operations.
