About the role
TC Restaurant Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for our artist-branded venues. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality and entertainment marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including promotions, social media, and events, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Support the creation of social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect the brand voice and engage audiences.
- Assist in coordinating in-venue activations, events, and guest service initiatives to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to artist and venue branding guidelines.
- Help track campaign performance metrics, gather insights, and support the team in reporting to measure success.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives across venues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related field, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage industries.
- Ability to access and operate business applications for communication with fellow team members (e.g., email, chat/text messaging).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Interest in live music, entertainment, and hospitality.
Schedule
Expected to work between 40 - 50 hours weekly, with an average 5-day work week. Schedules are tentative and hours may vary based on business levels, special events, holidays, etc.
