Marketing Coordinator at BairesDev We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our marketing team, keeping campaigns, projects, and processes running smoothly. This role is a great fit for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys working across a variety of marketing activities and collaborating with multiple teams. What You'll Do: - Coordinate the logistics and scheduling of marketing campaigns, ensuring tasks and deadlines are clearly tracked.- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to gather assets, approvals, and deliverables on time.- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials including presentations, one-pagers, and social content.- Maintain and update marketing calendars, asset libraries, and project management tools.- Assist in tracking marketing performance metrics and preparing summary reports.- Research industry trends, events, and competitor activity to support campaign planning. What we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing operations, or similar support role.- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms including CRM systems, email tools, and social media schedulers.- Clear and professional written communication skills.- Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach and willingness to support across different marketing functions.
